Alma de Cuba Bar Takes Root in Liverpool Church
Alma de Cuba Bar was built where the former St. Peter's Catholic Church was located in the British city of Liverpool. You can tell because many religious elements are still part of the modern structure. It is a combination bar and restaurant that follows a trendy Caribbean-style theme, starting from the interiors down to the food.
For your maiden visit, it is recommended you try out the boneless rib eye steak, or the buttered grilled venison. Follow up with drinks such as martinis, mojitos or one of the array of wines that Alma de Cuba keeps in stock. And of course, don't forget to say grace before eating – remember, this was once a church.
