Unfortunately, Hotel Lancaster Bar is one of those Parisian hotel bars where hotel guests are the exclusive patrons – but if you've had bar patrons like the great Dietrich and Garbo staying in the confines of the hotel in the past, to insist on exclusivity seems like good quality control policy actually.
