Fortuny Bar Madrid can be said to be a gem in itself since it is able to play up the neoclassical features of its mansion location at #34 Fortuny in the aging Alonso Martinez district, while operating full time as a hit nightclub, cocktail bar, and restaurant all in one.
The restaurant panders to Mediterranean influences which specializes in pasta and fish dishes. Fortuny Bar does have a dance floor, but during the summer season you may prefer to be found at the garden terrace instead where it is much cooler and when sangrias are the drink for the day.
