Dance the Salsa as El Son Bar Madrid Regulars Do It
El Son Bar Madrid is said to host examples of great dancing to salsa music every night, particularly since the music may be played live while you are there. The European tourists are rumored to be avid fans of salsa music, dancing, and maybe some of the regular dancers so keep an eye out for any middle-aged ones headed your way (to avoid or to invite – it's your call.)
Aside from cheap garafon, you can still try their cocktails (said to be tasty but quite potent) if you want drinks that are more familiar to you. Those who've had one too many though may need to sit down and down some coffee instead.
