Envy Bar Detroit is funny in the sense that its street is called W Larned – which may prompt you to ask: you learned what? You learned to Envy? That may be interpreted in two ways: one, you learned a bad habit of envying people, or two, you learned to do things the Envy Bar Detroit way.
The neighborhood of Envy Bar does not invite envy actually, but rather leaves something to be desired. But Envy Bar itself is pretty upscale anyway, and offers great tunes for bar patrons to listen to – ranging from standard Motown to house, and even a dabbling of jazz and rock.
