Bar Ice Bar Cardiff Reaps Best Bar In Wales 2006 Award
Metro Newspaper handed the "Best Bar in Wales 2006" award to this bar for that year. Wonder why? Maybe it is due to the ultra-trendy glass and chrome choice of materials used to build the place. Or maybe its because on Wednesdays and Saturdays, it is definitely the most jampacked among all the bars around?
Whichever holds true, expect resident and guest DJs to constantly play a mix of funk, soul and hip hop with some retro music thrown in to set a mellow mood. It is mostly the young who favor this place at night.
