Belfast bar in Northern Whig at Bridge Street is a bar set you
You are like entering a set; but oh no! you are in the former offices of the Northern Whig newspaper in 39357 Bridge Street, Belfast. The vast, tree-tiered hall is dominated by huge beer barrels and 10 ft-high communist statues imported from Prague.
This is the site of the bar where uniformed staff members pour dozens of cocktails and shots. At first you see an older city crowd dressed to the nines who watch video proectins of fashion shows on a back wall but everyone is welcome to join.
