Happy place, happy times at the Panama Bar in Amsterdam
Called the Panama Bar, it is in fact located in 4 Oostelijke Handelskade, Amsterdam. Pretty way off the route towards Panama, as you can see.
It’s expensive wines and classy French fares make you wonder why they did not call the place New York or even classy Paris. It is situated in a former Port Authority building on the edge of the city. As such it is perfect for a special dinner, drink and dance dates with your guy friend or your lady pal. Finely crafted cocktails are delivered to your table. Don’t ask for marijuana here, though. While that’s legal in Amsterdam, the pricey atmosphere of this bar discourages crass.
